Waynesboro Market Day 2025

I was at Waynesboro, PA on October 4th for Market Day!

The Terra Firma Woodcraft booth at Wayneboro Market Day 2025!

My booth was located near the west end of Main St, near Potomac St.

I sold several items, and the walnut puzzle trays (seen on the gridwall on the right) were particularly popular! I also got some great ideas for product updates from customers as well.

My boards have generally been made to common sizes, with the idea that they will fit more easily in standard draws, holder, etc… After this show, I’ll be reconsidering that idea. I had multiple customers come up and essentially tell me “I’d love to buy one, but I already have something that size. I could use a smaller one.”

My first end grain cutting board – a mini walnut and hard maple board.

My very first end grain board was actually a miniature hard maple and walnut board, made for my mom as a gift. She specifically wanted something you could cut up a single vegetable on.

I plan on revisiting that idea and adding some miniature boards like it to my product line, so expect to see new smaller sizes, like 6x10s in stock.
